Happy Friday after get off work, I crossed the sea to the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel in Wan Chai 🏢 As soon as I got up from the exhibition station, I saw the restaurant on the other side of the overpass👀 It's really convenient to cross the harbour on the East Rail in less than 30 minutes🚇🌊 A restaurant named after a mirage 🍽️ Ten minutes or so is just enough time to see the sunset and the sky turn dark🌇🌃 Beauty really disappears in a blink of an eye⏳ The restaurant was designed by AB Concept in 2016🎨 From a distance, it looks like a glowing cube🧊 The island bar with a very high ceiling is the focus🤩 Matching wavy textured lenses and plants🪞🪴 Create an oasis in the city🏝️ Beetroot smoked hamachi is served by the chef himself👨🏻🍳 Behind the smoke is the purple-red thinly sliced hamachi 🌫️🐟 The Japanese-style fries are very big and the plate is very rich 🍟😬 I ate a relatively dry raw beef tatakia two weeks ago 🍳🤥 The Polmade carpaccio here has a normal taste👍🏻 The fried squid rings are quite big and delicious🦑 #hongkongguide#cafe
