The Pan Residence is located 10 meters west of the ancestral hall and was built by Pan Hengcai. The residence faces south and consists of three courtyards. Each courtyard has three sections, totaling more than 60 rooms and covering an area of about 750 square meters. The entire building is well-structured, with three sections and a deep courtyard. The best-preserved building is the one on the west. Each gate tower has brick carvings and stone carvings, and the door lintel is engraved with regular script brick carvings such as "Tianci Chunxia" and "Fulu Shen Zhi". Although this group of buildings is not large, the interior carvings are exquisite, and the entire building has the architectural style of the Huizhou school. The Pan Ancestral Hall is located to the east of the Pan Residence, facing north to south, with horse-head walls on the east and west, and a pair of bluestone doors on both sides of the gate, about 0.8 meters high. The main structure of the building is a three-room, two-section style, covering an area of about 350 square meters. The beams in the entrance hall and the main hall are carved with floral patterns, and the gate has exquisite brick carvings. This hidden gem of a village is really great for wandering around. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, it's perfect for a lazy afternoon. In the past, I came to Jiangning's Little Sichuan-Tibet Line for self-driving S-bends, camping, hiking, and rafting. Now, She Village has reached the next level. It's just a one-hour drive from the city center, perfect for a leisurely stroll and fresh air. It's truly Nanjing's hidden paradise. It's suitable for cycling and self-driving, with a 2.8km winding mountain road and 38 bends. ✅Longshang Reservoir The bends of the reservoir are full of evening primroses, perfect for camping and fresh air.
