Stepping into Mianshan is to enter a magical world, a place where one's soul can be nourished and elevated.

Mianshan Scenic Area is a national 5A-level tourist attraction. The birthplace of China's Qingming Festival (Cold Food Festival). There are 14 major scenic spots and more than 360 small scenic spots in Mianshan Scenic Area. The cultural landscapes include Longtou Temple, Longji Ridge, Liguyan, Fengfang Spring, Daluo Palace, Tianqiao, Yidou Spring, Zhujiaao, Yunfeng Temple, Zhengguo Temple, Jiegong Ridge; the natural landscapes include Qixian Valley, Guteng Valley, and Shuitaogou. The recommended tour time is 2 days. If you only have one day, you can pick a few attractions~ I will share with you my one-day tour route for reference. I arrived at the entrance of the scenic spot at 11 o'clock, took a bus to the last stop, Shuitaogou, and toured from the back to the front (about half an hour's drive, with detours throughout the journey, take medicine in advance for motion sickness). After arriving at Shuitaogou, go up the mountain on the right hand side. The whole journey is 8 kilometers round trip. It is basically waterfalls. At the end, there is a small water curtain cave for taking pictures. You can hang 🔒, 💰25-35. We walked back and forth. (Personally, I suggest that the scenery here is the same, so you can just walk 2 kilometers back and save your energy for the later part, which is worth it.) We spent 3.50 hours here and then returned to the original place to wait for the bus. The second stop is Qixian Valley and the Iron Plank Road. I think this is a must-check-in! ! ! Not recommended for children and the elderly! It’s not far from the stairs. We walked a section and came back, not the whole way. It is said that we can go to the next scenic spot later. It’s very thrilling! The third stop is Yunfeng Temple. You can walk up a short distance. There are many temples in the cave~ (The previous stop here is Zhengguo Temple. You can choose to get off at Zhengguo Temple, spend 15 yuan to take the elevator up, and walk in a zigzag shape to Yunfeng Temple) The fourth stop is Yidouquan. Because we didn’t take the overpass at the previous stop, we found that there was an old house on the left that led to the overpass after we got up. This journey is worth it! ! Then wait for the bus under the overpass. The fifth stop is Daluo Palace (the highest Taoist temple on the cliff in China), known as the world's first Taoist temple. We walked 8 kilometers ahead and didn't have the energy to go up, so we didn't go. The sixth stop is Longtou Temple, which is the last scenic spot. It was originally called Tayantou. The last trip is at 6:30. Everyone should plan their time reasonably) ps: It's a little cold in the mountains now, so you need to bring a coat. There is a place to get hot water. Bring your own lunch. The food there is more expensive and not much~
