Historic buildings

Martini Tower is located in the center of Groningen in the province of Groningen in the Netherlands. It can be said to be the pride of Groningen. It was built in 1482 and is an ancient Gothic tower. The tower is nearly 100 meters high and has a history of 500 years. The tower body can be divided into five parts. The color of the base part is the same as the wall of Martin Church. The second floor is obviously higher than the other floors. There are no windows, and the surrounding is hard stone bricks. The third floor is a little smaller than the second floor, and the fourth floor is an octahedron cylinder, and the top of each floor is decorated with stone pillar fences. At the top of the tower is a crown-like decoration. The color of the fifth layer is blue. There is a spiral staircase in the tower with a total of 260 steps, and the top of the staircase is the top of the tower. From the top of the tower overlooking the whole city, the view is very wide.

Getting There - The Martinitower is located in the centre of the inner city. It is the easiest to get there by bike. There are many bikes parked next to the tower Attractions - The view from the Martinitower is great as it is the highest building in the City. From there you can look down on all the other buildings and plazas Hotels - Next to the martini tower there is a great hotel called the martini hotel. There are many other hotels around Food & Restaurants - There is a market on the big field next to the tower every Tuesday Friday and Saturday selling fresh fruits vegetables and good bread a lot of Shopping option #tripblazers #bucketlistreboot
