Mara Island is the southernmost island of South Korea. It is located 11 kilometers south of the port of Mosepo, Daejeong-eup, with an area of 0.3 square kilometers. The coastline of Maro Island is 4.2 kilometers long, and the highest point is 39 meters above sea level, in the shape of a potato. There is a lighthouse on the island, and the whole island is like a natural green lawn, full of exotic flavors. Residents of the island are engaged in fishing and also provide accommodation for tourists to earn income. No water could be dug on Marlow Island, so it had to be picked up for use when it rained. The island uses solar energy to generate electricity. At the beginning, they lived by eating seafood, but when the food was not enough, they began to cultivate the fields, which burned the dense forests. It is said that the fire killed all the snakes and frogs, so no snakes and frogs have been seen on Maro Island to this day. It is also a famous sea fishing park. There are 1 or 2 ships running at the port of Muserpur every day.
