Wan Chai has always been known for its food, especially in the small alleys where there are many unique eateries. This time, I visited a stylish café decorated with a nostalgic vinyl record theme. The walls are adorned with oil paintings of natural forests, adding a touch of elegance. Some seats are by the window, making it a great spot for photos. I ordered the Smoked Salmon & Buffalo Cheese Omelette, which was thick and large, almost the size of a plate when opened. It was filled with cheese and smoked salmon, a perfect combination that was satisfying without being greasy. The side salad with fresh, juicy tomatoes was a nice complement. The Grilled Beef Rib Steak with Potato Fries was also substantial, with a thick, flavorful steak that had a good texture. The fries were crispy and fragrant. The onion soup was rich with onions but not overpowering. For drinks, I had the hot Black Sesame Latte and hot Chocolate.
