A Romantic French Classical Dining Experience in Wan Chai
Every time I pass by, I'm drawn to the white bicycle at the entrance. This time, I finally had the chance to dine inside. The restaurant is decorated in white tones, paired with classical furniture like crystal chandeliers and antique sofas, creating a noble and romantic atmosphere.
Sea Cucumber Meat -GF.
Seasonal osmanthus clams and salmon roe, with lime foam and XO sauce. The first bite gives you the crispiness of the osmanthus clams and the acidity of the lime.
The "Tartare" -GF.
Kagoshima Wagyu tartare shoulder tenderloin, with caviar, quail egg, and satay foam. The Wagyu tartare is chewy with the sweetness of beef, and the aftertaste has a hint of satay spiciness.
Pork Belly -GF.
Spanish pork belly, full of rich fat and tender meat, melts in your mouth. Paired with green apple puree and mustard sauce, it brings a refreshing touch.
French Yellow Chicken

This time, we visited a French restaurant located in Wan Chai😍 The restaurant's decor is luxurious and elegant, with a palace-like opulence that is simply breathtaking🥰 The European charm is strong and captivating❤️ Even the popular TV drama 🌟News Queen🌟 was filmed here👍 It's a perfect spot for a date or birthday celebration with friends😘
We chose the 4-course dinner set arranged by the restaurant❤️ Before the meal, they served a welcome drink and warm bread😘 Very thoughtful🌟
Cuttlefish noodles are made with tender and chewy cuttlefish as the base, paired with a flavorful laksa foam sauce, and garnished with salmon roe and mantis shrimp bits. The overall taste is fresh and appetizing😚
Beef Tartare is served in a bone dish, beautifully presented😍 The beef tartare is tender and smooth, paired with spicy sauce, caviar, and quail egg, making it spicy and fragrant😋 It comes with flaxseed crackers on the side, adding more texture when eaten together👍
Silver Pomfret combines Chinese and Western elements. The fish is first pan-fried, then seasoned with a foam made of garlic and black bean, butter sauce, and shallot foam, creating a rich and surprising flavor❤️
