[Maiko Marine Promenade]
A promenade where you can get up close and personal with the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, one of the world's largest suspension bridges. It is about 47 meters above sea level. The view of the ocean from the transparent glass windows at your feet is also beautiful.

A cafe on the 6th floor of an apartment building where you can enjoy lunch or a cafe while looking at the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, and a bar at night. The white-based interior is just so cute.

[Former Muto Sanji Residence]
This house was built on Maiko Beach in 1907 and was moved to its current location in 2007. Not only can you tour the building, but you can also relax in the attached cafe.

[Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall (Ijokaku)]
A villa built in 1915 by Kobe trader Wu Jintang. The octagonal Chinese-style building "Ijokaku" is the oldest concrete block structure still standing in Japan and is a designated Important Cultural Property of Japan.
