Today I took my dad and kid to visit the M+ Art Museum in West Kowloon, Hong Kong. The building of the museum was designed by the famous architect Herzog de Meuron. The material used was bamboo, a common local element in Hong Kong. The front door is made of glazed tiles with bamboo language. The big light bulb in the store at the entrance area looks familiar to you? It is the street market lamp with Hong Kong characteristics. M+ in West Kowloon Hong Kong is an incredible place to visit if you love having museum tours! The entire museum has a lot of exhibitions well-curated, either free or you need tickets to see. I spent half of my day to take a look in the art and installation set here without any issue. Since the space is big, we didn’t have to queue line up. They also have souvenir store and cafe inside the building. Don’t forget to go to the rooftop and spend your evening see the sunset here! Would visit again!
