Closest metro station is Dongping Station and from there you can take car to drive you in front of the entrance. Prepare water and snacks because climbing is a bit hard and take around 30 minutes. When you come to the top view is amazing. There will be a lot of people trying to make good pictures so you need to wait for your turn.
