【Family trip】Walking in the forest with your children 🌳
On sunny days☀️, we will also go for a walk in the suburbs, avoid crowded places, find a quiet space in nature, absorb the #phytoncides and #negative ions emitted by the trees and plants, strengthen the body's immune system, and relax the body and mind.
Today we originally chose to take a less popular hiking trail.
Lions Club Nature Education Center > Jiaokeng Nature Education Trail
Manan Wat > Sanxing Bay > Take a boat to Baishawan Pier
There are free parking spaces, which is very suitable for travel.
But the spring was so beautiful that I couldn't help but take a photo with #肉丸朗, so I had to change my schedule and take another shorter route.
I gave up going to Mananhu and Sanxingwan, and just enjoyed a forest bath with the children at the Jiaokeng Nature Education Trail.
At the beginning of the route, you can visit the Lions Club Nature Education Center. The outdoor areas such as bamboo forests, orchards, and farmland are also very comfortable.
Then you can walk to the Jiaokeng Nature Trail next to the Chinese Medicine Garden of the Lions Club Nature Education Center. It takes about an hour to follow the signposted route. It is very suitable for beginners and even three-year-old Rouwanlang can handle it with ease.
Forest bathing🌲 allows your body senses to be completely immersed in nature, temporarily escape from the hustle and bustle of life, and improve the quality of your mental health.
I hope that after the epidemic, I can follow experienced guides to awaken my senses, open my hearts and establish a connection with nature.
I highly recommend this route. You can also take the upgraded route to reach Sanxing Bay Beach. The scenery along the way is beautiful and the mountain road is relatively flat. It is easy to walk without having to go back. There are many ferries from Sanxing Bay back to Baisha Bay Pier.
