Ona day Trip, Muang Lablae, Uttaradit Province
"Laplae City", Uttaradit Province, with the legend of "The city where lying is forbidden". I've heard the name and chosen to tell various stories but never had the chance to go. This time, I came from the north and it was a passing through. When I had some time, I decided to come and see what this place had to offer. 👉 Let's start at the "Laplae City Gate Arch"⛩️ Anyone who enters the city must pass through the large golden yellow gate. It is a Sukhothai-style applied art architecture. On the side, there is a monument to the Widow of Laplae City. You can stop by to take a picture first. Then, let's go to the "Indy Rice Wrapped in Vegetables"🥬🥕, a local food of Laplae City. It is made by wrapping various vegetables in flour and baking them until cooked. Eat with dipping sauce. We think it's delicious. This shop also has a variety of menus, such as stir-fried basil rice, red pork rice, noodles, tea, coffee. Come to this one shop and eat everything you need. It's especially crowded during the day. The price is not expensive. After we're full, let's go play in the water at "Mae Pool Waterfall"🏞️. It is an artificial waterfall. It is not naturally occurring. It was created by pouring cement in layers to form a stream. Surrounded by lush nature, it is even more pleasing to the eyes. Seeing this, I want to change into a beautiful outfit to take some pictures. The waterfall looks magnificent after taking a picture. After visiting the waterfall, I stopped by a cafe before going back near "Heuan Lablae" to sip coffee, have some snacks, and intended to eat Long Lablae durian ice cream, but when I got there, it was sold out. The cafe has a beautiful garden, a shady atmosphere, and outside there are seats near the stream. You can soak your feet and sip coffee to relax before heading back. That's the end of my one-day trip to Laplae City. I recommend you come visit. It is a small, peaceful city with not many people. 🚘🚘
