Enjoy a local specialty, Qingling live fish, for lunch. Then, explore the AAAA-rated scenic area "Songhua Lake - Qingling Section," where you can take a boat tour (approx. 60 minutes). After dinner, we'll proceed to "Jiaohe Hongye Valley Scenic Area." - 🌊 Songhua Lake is shaped like a winding, narrow valley, resembling a pine flower. The lake area is surrounded by mountains, with dozens of peaks over 1,000m. You can also admire the lake scenery described by scholars as "clearer than the Three Gorges, more beautiful than the West Lake." - 🍁 Hongye Valley is a valley in the Laoye Ridge, a branch of the Changbai Mountains, located in the Qingling Scenic Area of the Lafa Mountain National Forest Park. It is situated at the western foot of the Changbai Mountains and on the shore of Songhua Lake. It is a forest park characterized by nature, ecology, forests, red leaves, and harmonious human culture. - 🏔 The mountain has many rocks, with 72 caves and 81 peaks, also known as 'Nine-Top Iron Fork Mountain, Eight-Treasure Cloud Cave.' - 🗿 Lafa Mountain is world-renowned for its majestic, steep, ancient, secluded caves, bizarre rocks, and beautiful flowers and trees. From the mountain, you can see Cloud Peak, Chessboard Peak, and Baojian Peak. - 🌋 Lafa Mountain is also an ancient Taoist practice site. On the mountainside, there is a unique cave called Chuoxin Cave. Inside the cave, you can see the sunrise on the east side, the sunset on the west side, and the sea of clouds on the south side. - 🌄 Famous dangerous spots include Chessboard Peak, Seven-Step Cliff, North Wind Pass, and Hanging Sheep Cave. |Lafa Mountain: Encounter a Romantic Sea of Clouds. Lafa Mountain in Jiaohe, Jilin, is part of the Weihu Ridge of the Changbai Mountains, with a main peak of 886.2 meters above sea level. "Lafa" is a transliteration of the Manchu word "Lafu," meaning "bear." The mountain was once home to many bears, and its jagged peaks are close to the Lafa River, hence the name Lafa Mountain. 📖‌Travel Tips‌: ‌Opening Hours‌: Open all year round, 7:30 am–7:00 pm daily, with ticket sales ending at 3:30 pm. It is recommended to visit between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, when the sun is shining, the temperature is pleasant, and there are relatively few visitors.‌ ‌Travel Route‌: You can enter from the‌ east gate and walk up the trail to enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way.
