😋What I ate:
Duck meat hoto💰1,900 yen
Horsesashi💰1,100 yen
💞Reasons why I recommend it:
It's a popular restaurant, so there's always a waiting line, but there are many seats and the turnover is relatively fast, so I think you can get in in about 30-40 minutes at most.
This time I ordered "Duck meat hoto" 🍲
It was served piping hot in an iron pot!
It was bigger than I thought, so one pot might be enough for two women 😂
The soup is based on the flavor of Kosaku miso, and it has a rich but somehow gentle taste.
The hoto noodles are a little thick and moist and chewy, and matched perfectly with the broth 🤤
In addition to duck meat, the ingredients include pumpkin, wild vegetables, potatoes, taro, Chinese cabbage, carrots, etc., all cut into large pieces, making it very satisfying to eat! !
Personally, I especially liked the pumpkin, as it became soft and its sweetness dissolved into the miso soup 🎃❤️
