The spring menu is also beautiful at the Korean restaurant "Kohojae"
#TravelWithMe
For lovers of traditional Korean culture, a gourmet space called "Korean House" is a place where you can enjoy traditional tea and sweets.
The menu changes for spring, summer, fall, and winter. I previously introduced the winter menu, but the location is slightly different and it is now the spring menu, so I will introduce it again.
The large one is mugwort rice cake (sukku) in bean paste. It's not too sweet, so it's good.
Thinly sliced Jeonggwa is placed on the bamboo skewers. Pears dipped in gomi berries
The yellow flowers are small rice crackers coated with honey called maejangga
The brown square mille-feuille is yakgwa
Kumquat and strawberry jeonggwa
Chasik dashik, made from beets, looks like rakugan rice crackers but has the texture of soybean flour paste
The porridge is ojajuk, a porridge made from peach seeds, apricot seeds, walnuts, pine nuts, and sesame seeds
The tea was mugwort flower tea
All of these are tea and sweets from the royal court cuisine, and are very carefully made and elegant. Not only does it look beautiful, but it also seems to make the eater's body beautiful
Before the tea and snacks are served, the traditional dance "Spring Nightingale Song" is performed, further enhancing the appeal of the tea and snacks
It costs 25,000 won, and the porridge is 12,000 won. Advance reservations are required via catch table, but it felt like a great deal considering the high quality experience
