Start the journey by taking a passenger boat from Kuantung Pier for only 50฿, taking 30 minutes, and the distance is about 7 kilometers from the pier. When you arrive at the island, you can rent a motorbike for 200฿ per day for convenience to go to the hotel. Or if you want to take a bus on the island, you can do that as well. When you arrive at the hotel and see the view in front of you, I must say that it was worth the trip. It may not be an island with clear water comparable to Koh Kradan, but it is considered an island that is very worth relaxing on. Emerald cave in Koh Mook Thailand is truly amazing, its a must. You can Kayak round from Garnet beach but make sure you ask for a torch as it's pitch black swimming through the cave to get to the beautiful lagoon.Its also part of every boat trip as its the main thing to do on this little remote Island. The Trang islands are absolutely beautiful. We spent 10 days on Koh Mook and Koh Libong this year, and found tranquil, practically empty perfect beaches, beautiful sea and delicious food. It’s super easy to get there - take a taxi from Trang airport to Pak Meng Pier, and hop into one of the long tail boats waiting there. It’s only a short distance to Koh Mook with beautiful views along the way.
