Long-tail boat picnic was one of the best experiences I had for my Krabi trip. There are many agents providing long-tail boat from Ap Nang or Tubkaak beach to Koh Hong. But not sure if there are that many that provided picnic set. We used our hotel service since it was convenient for us to go from our hotel beach. Going up takes around 10 minutes or more, depending on each individual stamina on welly maintained and solid stairs; do take note that some parts are quite steep. There are also rest spots in between with views to take some photos or stop for a rest before continuing up to the top.
