KL Bird Park!
KL Bird Park has been a renowned eco-tourism destination situated right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It is located in the serene and scenic Kuala Lumpur Lake Gardens, only 10 minutes drive away from the city centre of Kuala Lumpur. It is home to more than 3,000 local and foreign birds of approximately 200 different species 🦅 . 😱
Sprawling approximately 20.9 acres of verdant valley terrain, the park is divided into 4 zones; Zone 1 and 2 make up the free-flight zone; Zone 3 is the Hornbill Park and Zone 4 is where the birds are placed in separate cages and mini aviaries.
One of KL Bird Park's most extraordinary feature is that in Zone 1, 2 and 3, birds are let free in the aviary which closely resembles their natural habitat. With this free-flight concept, birds are able to breed naturally in this unique environment.
We can have an exciting experience of watching colourful and melodic birds perching and winging about freely while relaxing in a natural and beautifully landscaped surrounding. KL Bird Park is also wheelchair-friendly and is reputed to be the largest free-flight walk-in aviary in the world.
In conclusion, Kuala Lumpur Bird Park is an ideal destination for a weekend trip. We will need just a few hours to visit the bird park and an entire day if we add the butterfly and deer parks to our itinerary. The free-flying birds’ zone will have various birds flying or walking along with you. A visit here is a memorable event for all, regardless of age.

Bird Park in Kuala Lumpur
I spent a nice outing at Kuala Lumpur Birds Park last Sunday. I must say that it was exciting. The entrance fee is RM 35 for Malaysian while RM 70 is for foreigners. But you have to show Malaysia ID card. You will be given a map and you can roam as far as you want seeing every beautiful birds in the park.
Some of the birds I never knew about their existence. I saw flamingo, parrots, hornbills, peacocks, ostriches and many more. Besides that, visitors can watch the scheduled bird show and also feed the birds. Facilities such as cafe, toilets and souvenir shop are also in the premise.
Hop over to this gem in the middle of the citu and you can enjoy the skyscraper peekinh through the tall trees in the park.

KL Bird Park
Very enjoyable experience for the family. Kids will enjoy being able to interact and even touch some birds. The birds are very used to having people around.
Protips: try to get in as soon as it opens, this is when the birds are normally fed and most active. Also take note of the different shows that might be happening if you want to catch those.
Bring your own snacks, especially water as you would take about half a day to explore the whole park. Food and drinks are available for sale in the park, but be prepared for tourist pricing.
Since my previous visit, it seems the park has expanded and during this visit it seems like more expansion work is slowly taking place.

# Kl Bird Park
Kuala Lumpur Bird Park @ KL Bird Park is the largest free-flying bird cage. Before entering, you can buy a ticket at the counter. My tip, if you come to KL Bird Park, please wear appropriate shoes, especially sports shoes because it is a long way to walk. If it's the kind that can't stand the heat, you can bring an umbrella/fan/cap. The duration of the trip inside the Kuala Lumpur Bird Park can take up to 3 to 4 hours depending on the length of time you spend in that area. To be honest, I don't feel like walking, it's already been 3 hours. My advice, better stay until the evening to see the bird show and bird feeding that is available. Oh! Don't forget to bring water to drink, outside food is not allowed so make sure you have eaten before entering, otherwise you will starve. KL Bird Park ticket price: Adults: RM63.00 Children: RM42.00 Malaysian Adults: RM25.00 Children & Seniors: RM6.00#fallingforfall#awesomepic#nationalpark#themepark

Where is the Children's Day? KL bird park:
Located in the downtown area of Kuala Lumpur, it takes only 10 minutes by taxi from the hotel where I live, The Gardens Hotel, which is a rare worldly paradise in the downtown area. It is very suitable for bringing children to watch all kinds of rare birds. After entering the park, all kinds of birds of all sizes are flying around and no one is afraid of human beings. Children will like this feeling very much. Some of the most precious birds are caged, and the park's logos are available in English and Chinese, which can be understood.
The greening work of this bird park is very good, and the design is also very focused on the sunshade design, very cool. It is close to the National Mosque, Petaling Street, Deer Park, Dahonghua Park, National Museum, Butterfly Park, National Art Museum, National Islamic Museum, etc., and everyone can go there.
