It was really full of shopping malls and crowds of tourists. Fortunately, after turning a corner and heading towards the river bank, we saw the pastoral scenery again. A must-visit attraction when visiting Yufuin is #金麟湖. Kinlin Lake is about 400 meters long and 2 meters deep. Hot springs gush out on the west side of the lake bottom, and clear water on the east side. It's magical! In the mornings between autumn and winter, when the hot springs and clean water mix, a thin mist will form on the water surface due to the temperature difference, which makes it look like a fairyland and very dreamy. On the morning of November 14, 2019, Wo Fu and his mother had a rich breakfast in the room. After packing up, they left "Ryokan Tanokura" at about 10:45. It turns out that Kinrin Lake is right next to the hotel, only a minute away, which is very convenient. The temperature in Yufuin is lower than that in Hakata, and many maple leaves have turned red. Yufuin was the highlight of this seven-day, six-night trip to Kyushu. I am very grateful to have been able to see the beautiful autumn leaves at the right time at Kinrin Lake.
