~Dinner with plenty of seasonal ingredients~
I was really excited when I opened the Autumn Tamatebako and after I opened it 😇 I don't know how many times I said "delicious" while eating...
And every time, everything is delicious!!!
And this time was also very filling!!!
1st photo → Autumn Tamatebako
There were lots of bite-sized side dishes, all delicious, and the amount was just right to make me want to eat more!!! It wasn't an appetizer, but it came out halfway through, and the moment it came out, I got excited 👀
2nd photo → Chrysanthemum tea cloth
It had sesame tofu and sea urchin inside, and it was delicious of course, but the crispness of the chrysanthemum was also nice.
3rd photo → Conger eel kenchin wrapped in yuba
The yuba was a little, but the conger eel was the main dish!
The tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and wood ear mushrooms inside were also delicious!
4th photo → Seasonal sashimi
Amber amberjack, Japanese tachiuo, flounder, and fin 🐟
The fin was chewy and delicious...
If you eat it with olive oil and salt
it becomes like carpaccio and is delicious...
5th photo → Grilled Oita Wagyu beef
It was soft, and the fat of the meat spreads out the moment you put it in your mouth, but it wasn't heavy at all and felt like fresh meat. It was delicious...
6th photo → Toji age
It contains sweetfish and Kamo eggplant, and the outside is crispy
and the inside is fluffy and delicious!!!
Even if you're full, you can keep eating it.
7th photo → Local chicken meatball hotpot
Consistently delicious. I was already pretty full, but the soup stock, fish balls, and vegetables were so delicious that I ate it all 🥢
8th photo → Palate cleanser sorbet
I forgot when it was served, but...I think it was after I had eaten meat!!!
I don't often get a palate cleanser, but
it's refreshing when there is one, and it's nice to be able to switch between different things🍧
9th photo → Dessert
Ice cream mochi and lotus root mochi.
The mochi used in Japanese sweets had a nice crunchy texture!!! The lotus root mochi was like warabi mochi and was delicious...
10th photo → Menu🥢
At this time, I was excited to see what would come out🍚
11th and 12th photos → Kinmonko. Photos inside🌲
It was fun, like a little town.
