There’s a newly opened cafe adjacent to St Charles Church in Vienna where you can see the whole view of the church without breaking a budget. You can also just order drinks or pastries to stay there. The cafe’s entrance is near the museum, ride a lift to 3rd floor and you will reach the destination.
