Kaeo Jam Fa Templeของ ที่อยู่:

Pay respects and make wishes to Luang Pho Thammachak and the Reclining Buddha.
🏡Wat Kaew Jam Fa or Wat Kaew Fa Lang (Wat Kaew Fa Bon is Wat Kaew Fa Chulamanee) was originally located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, at the mouth of Khlong Phadung Krung Kasem, in a Chinese and Mon community. It is an ancient temple with no evidence of its construction date.
🏠During the reign of King Rama IV, foreigners densely populated the area around the temple and complained to the Ministry of Urban Affairs about the unbearable smell of cremations. Thus, Wat Kaew Jam Fa was relocated to a new site, and the old site was used for commercial purposes in 1907 on Si Phraya Road, which was just cut in 1905. The original site of the temple became the Hong Kong-Shanghai Bank, which is now the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel.
The important and interesting features within the temple are as follows:
🏠The Ubosot (ordination hall) is ancient and has mural paintings depicting the life of the Buddha, with Luang Pho Thammachak as the principal Buddha image.
⛺The Vihara (assembly hall) houses a large and beautiful Reclining Buddha image.
🛕The white Chedi (stupa) enshrines the Buddha's footprint.
🗼The Bell Tower is another ancient structure that reflects the beauty of craftsmanship from the past.

The characteristic golden reclining Buddha temple in Bangkok, Thailand: a century-old historical site: Kaeo Jam Fa temple, suitable for taking photos 📸 check-in and meditation
#Bangkok Attractions
Bangkok, Thailand is a world-famous tourist resort city. Every day, thousands of tourists come to Bangkok for sightseeing and vacation. There are many famous temple attractions in Bangkok. This time I would like to recommend a famous golden reclining Buddha temple attraction near Chinatown: Kaeo Jam Fa temple. The biggest attraction of this temple is a large golden reclining Buddha. The temple was built in 1907 and has a history of more than 100 years. The reclining Buddha statue in the temple is very exquisite and well-proportioned. The reclining Buddha's hair is tied into an exquisite little bun. His eyes lifted slightly. The upper ends of the ears are tilted, and the part supporting the head is made of red cinnabar and decorated with flower patterns. The triangular area below the reclining Buddha statue has a Kano pattern. There are also records of the restoration of the reclining Buddha statue. There are many exquisite murals in the temple, and it is very easy to take pictures. The whole temple is quiet and peaceful, without too many tourists. It is suitable for quiet check-in, photo taking and meditation here. Free to visit, no tickets required.
