K11 Musea is the most grand shopping mall I’ve ever been to in my entire life! There’s an area call Donut Playhouse which consist of a few levels to situate the long metal slide (imagine how fast it would go). It’s $240/40mins. I took a video of the place but can’t combine them with the photos, so you will have to go and see (it’s so big and slide is very long, impossible to be captured by photos). Like many new shopping malls, there are arts as the decor.There are resting areas too. One thing I gotta mention is the babies nursing rooms. It’s enormous! Hot water and cold water is provided for free, all you need is your baby’s formula and milk bottle. I didn’t go in because I was alone without my babe. This shopping mall is not for night owls. Shops close at 9pm. There are luxury brands with no transparent glass windows to maximise their clients’ privacy. There are exhibitions inside the mall. One I saw has a mini forest with a mixed of real and fake plants as decor, and they hire someone to stand there, probably do some explanation if necessarily. The toilets are crazy! Wall covered with green fake but extraordinary realistic plants. There are dried grass weaving seating pads in the waiting area. The toilet room itself is big, almost big like some of the tiny flats in HK. It has a ladder shelf for you to put your belongings. it has plants and deodorant. The toilet bowl has the butt flushing system like I heard from Japan, but I didn’t even know how to operate it. The hand washing sink is in each toilet room. They still have hand washing area outside, probably for people who only want hand washing. There is waiting room in the ladies and a common waiting area for both gents and ladies. There are three outdoor levels in the shopping mall. One for pets and children’s playground, one for sea view and city view with some ancient arts. The last one is a paid area so I didn’t go into.
