Upon entrance, you will be welcomed by a funny and cute Lion God of Wealth. I salute the librarians' creativity. The ceilings are decorated with large traditional Chinese lanterns. In front of the big screen, there is a Bunny signboard that says "Da Ji Da Li", which means great luck, great profit. Happy to see that. You can also spot some rabbits here and there. I like the beautiful Plum Blossoms and Pussy Willows flowers arrangements. No decorations would be complete without flowers. Overall, I appreciate every detail contributed by the librarians. Thank you very much for making our library look great and festive.

Going to Miss Jurong Regional Library
Jurong Regional Library is one of my favourite places to go during free time. It has a good collection of books, well maintained facilities, a magazine corner, discussion room, computer section and a cafe. It's sad that it will be closed this year and replaced by a residential development. I'm definitely going to miss the library. Hopefully after relocation, Jurong Regional Library will become even better than before.

Pullman Bakery in Jurong Regional Library
#afternoontea
Pullman Bakery is located in Jurong Regional Library. I usually stay for long hours in the library, reading and doing assignments. Whenever I am here, I like to order a cup of Hojicha and some pastries to enjoy a cozy afternoon. The cups were beautiful with a golden alphabet engraved on them. Sometimes if I am lucky, I get the ones with my initial. I find all their freshly baked breads are yummy, especially Turkey Bacon Egg Bread, Pear Danish, Cinnamon Roll, and Mini Croissant. It was sad news to me that Jurong Regional Library is going to relocate soon. I would definitely miss Pullman Bakery.

Jurong Regional Library
Address: 21 Jurong East Central 1, Singapore 609732
Ambiance/Facilities: Spacious environment. 3 storey building, multiple book genres, comfy sofas, e-newspapers, lots of books and magazines.
Highlights:
One of my favourite libraries in Singapore that is within walking distance from Jurong East MRT Station and next to Jcube Shopping Mall, a very strategic location. A good environment with a comfortable corner of audio-visual materials, exhibition area, lots of comfy sofas, and a cafe offering nice bread, coffee and tea.
Great selection of books and plenty of seats to read or do work. There is also a nice children section in the basement. Really great library!
Drawbacks: The machine for 2022 book bugs card redemption is always not in service or under maintenance. I hope they manage to replenish more cards on time to avoid disappointment.

Books that are available that I originally have on my online To-Be-Read (TBR). Spacious environments. Multiple book genres.
Once you enter and walk forward a few steps and turn to the right, you’ll notice these three long green sofas. I think that, if for some reason, you can’t find a seat on the floors above, the green sofas are a good place to sit. Also because they are comfy. They also have some green seats near the escalator.
Once you have reached the second floor, you’ll see 5 black seats, almost back to back, and that’s also a nice area to sit. If you keep walking straight after reaching the second floor by escalator, you’ll notice a few tables close to the windows, and that’s good for studying, using your computers, and reading. They also have DVDs, and you can also test them.
If you walk back to the escalator and turn to the right, you’ll notice this big section of shelves and just space basically. And that’s a good place to study. They also have Chinese, Malay, and more.
Once you’ve reached level 3, you’ll notice straight away that there’s this large section for the Singapore Collection. On the fourth floor there are teen books. Once you reach the top of the escalators you’ll see a big sign that says ‘Verging all teens’. Once you’ve found a book you can go to the right and there are a few seats and a big open space.
