[2025 Yokohama Stay] Travel Guide for JR-EAST HOTEL METS YOKOHAMA (Updated May)

[Directly connected to Yokohama Station, easy to get around] It's just a 1-2 minute walk from Yokohama Station, so you can get there without getting wet even on rainy days. It's also convenient for those using the Shinkansen or airport limousine bus. [Compact but comfortable room] The room is a little compact, but it's well equipped and clean. It's functional, with a humidifier/air purifier, charging port, desk, etc. [Comfortable bath even without a large bath] There is no large bath, but the water pressure in the unit bath is good, and the amenities are made by POLA, so I was very satisfied. [Breakfast feels like being in a station] You can choose between Japanese and Western breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and you can eat it quickly like you're in a station cafe. The menu uses local ingredients, which is also nice. [Perfect for business and solo travel] This hotel is quiet and comfortable, so it's perfect for business trips and solo travel. JR East METS Yokohama Hotel is a business hotel under the JR brand. They opened in 2020. Although it is not a new hotel, the various facilities in the hotel lobby and rooms are still well maintained and feel quite new; 👍🏼🏨 The double room is 25 square meters, with the bathroom, toilet and sink each occupying one space. I like their bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower. There is a large hanging wardrobe outside the bathroom. There are two large single beds in the room, a long table by the wall, and a small round table and two chairs. There is a floor-to-ceiling window next to the large wall-mounted TV. I stayed here for two nights and the sleep quality was pretty good; 💯🏨 It is worth mentioning that the geographical location of this hotel is also very advantageous.
