Gunma Coffee Shop
#Travel to save the world
To Be Koffee This shop is committed to using carefully selected coffee beans to produce a good taste. I was impressed. The decoration of the shop gives a warm and friendly feeling. It is suitable for relaxing after sightseeing in Ikaho City. There is also an onsen to soak in to relax. In addition, the mountain view from the shop is also very beautiful.
📍Address: Located in Shibukawa City, Gunma Prefecture, Japan. The shop is located near the 365 stone steps of Ikaho, which is a major tourist attraction of the city. You can get there by walking from Ikaho Bus Station or driving from the Kan-Etsu IC Expressway for about 25 minutes.

Moriaki Ryokan in Ikaho Onsen, Gunma
I stayed at the Moriaki Ryokan in Ikaho Onsen, Gunma last summer. The ryokan is located near the stone steps of Ikaho Onsen and is quite large. The room had a small garden, and I really liked the view from the window.
The food was also very delicious, and I enjoyed the ryokan's meals. The meat was especially tender and tasty, and I had multiple servings of rice, haha.
There is an old-fashioned stone step street nearby, where you can enjoy sightseeing. I enjoyed the Japanese summer by eating tamakonnyaku and ramune.
Although Gunma Prefecture is close to the metropolitan area, you need to take a bus from the station, so the travel by public transportation was long.
[Gunma Prefecture🇯🇵Ikaho Onsen] Tourist spots and specialties😊
#FuriTabi
I went to Ikaho Onsen in Gunma Prefecture☺️
It takes about 3.5 hours by highway bus from Tokyo Station.
It was very convenient because the bus terminal is at the entrance to Ikaho Onsen.
Ikaho Onsen is famous for its stone steps.
There are 365 steps.
If you want to climb the stone steps, I recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
At the top of the stone steps is Ikaho Shrine⛩️
It is said to be a power spot, and is also famous for its benefits in praying for children, safe childbirth, and matchmaking☺️
If you go further in, you will find the Ikaho Onsen drinking fountain where you can drink the hot spring water.
It had a very unique taste🥹
Below Ikaho Shrine is the famous Katsugetsudo☺️
This is the birthplace of onsen manju.
This popular store was founded in the Meiji era. It was delicious♪
And this time, for lunch, I enjoyed Mizusawa udon at Osawaya, which is located halfway up the stone steps😋
It was chewy and very delicious.
I also took the ropeway🚡 and visited the memorial museum.
It's not a very big hot spring town, but the air is clean, the food is delicious, and I was able to refresh myself.
The quality of the spring water was also good♪

[Gunma🐴] Just like Taiwan! The filming location for the movie Kingdom!
#0yentravel
Tourist spots other than the hot springs in Ikaho, Gunma Prefecture✨
[Bukkou-san Hosui-ji Temple]🏮
This is apparently the location where the hugely popular movie "KINGDOM" was shot😆
I was lost in the thought that Yamazaki Kento and his friends had also visited here while I was walking around! lol
The large temple that stands at the top of a long staircase is a temple in Taiwan, so it feels like you're overseas, and the view from there is indescribably beautiful, and you can feel like you're the main character of Kingdom😆💓
You can worship, there's a cafe inside, and spend your time freely🙌🏻
It seems you can even experience becoming a monk!! 👩🏻🦲
It's very hot at this time of year, so the stairs are tough, but you can drive up to a certain point, so it was easy😊
If you go to Ikaho, this is a spot you should definitely visit✨

Joshu Village Station
Location: 2261 Shirai, Shibukawa, Gunma Prefecture
On the way back from Ikaho Onsen, I stopped by the popular Mura no Eki. There was a wide selection of souvenirs, sashimi bento, fresh vegetables and fruits, flowers, seasonings, and more, so I had a hard time deciding what to buy. The recommendation is of course the one made with green onions. I went during the daytime on a weekday, but the cashier was quite crowded.

🚃2 hours from Tokyo! Relaxing hot spring resort [Ikaho Onsen] ♨️
#HotSpringTrip #CouplesTrip #HotSpring #IkahoOnsen #Gunma #Gourmet
🚃From Tokyo to Shibukawa Station
🚌From Shibukawa Station to the entrance of Ikaho Onsen
Ikaho Onsen is a hot spring resort that can be reached in about 2 hours from Tokyo!
There are many shops lined up along the stone steps, and you can eat things like tama konnyaku while walking around🍴
There are many hot spring inns in Ikaho Onsen, so you can relax and enjoy a meal at the inn, take a bath in the hot spring, and refresh yourself from the fatigue of everyday life🧖♀️
The next day, we recommend going to eat the famous Mizusawa udon!

I went to Ikaho Onsen Stone Stage
I went there just after it had snowed.
Snow piled up here and there.
A lot of tourists have returned.
When I tried to have lunch, I was told there was a 180-minute wait.
I gave up 🤣
There is a foot bath, so please warm up in the cold winter #trip2023 #ikahoonsen #ikahoonsenstonestairs
Private Onsen Experience
#spamagic
We were both excited and nervous for the Onsen as it was our first experience spa-bathing in own private onsen! We enjoyed a gorgeous view of the mountains from our room on the top floor.

Osawaya - Stone Steps
#celebratewithtrip
It is a famous shop of Mizusawa Udon. The head office is in front of the gate of Mizusawa Kannon, and this is a branch. Mizusawa udon is one of the three major udon in Japan, and it has a chewy texture that goes down easily and is delicious. Udon, soup and tempura are all delicious.
I think that it is a good shop with a good location almost in the middle of the stone steps, a beautiful interior, etc. Definitely recommended 👍

Healthy Japanese-style breakfast
#celebratewithtrip
A healthy Japanese-style breakfast tray including millet porridge is served. We love the piece of homemade tofu served with soya milk. All the food is really yummy. We enjoyed much and plan to come back and experience at Oyado Tamaki.
Fantastic experience @ Oyado Tamaki

We were very impressed with dinner. Fantastic experience. From start to finish you will be blown away by the food and the attention to detail. The wagyu
was undeniably tasty, the presentation was beautiful and classy, and the portion was perfect.
The food was excellent and the skill of the chef is top-notch with the blend of ingredients and matching of different foods. The service from all the staff was polite, warm and thoughtful.

Ikaho Onsen♨️ Mount Haruna
#AutumnFoliage #IkahoOnsenStoneStairs #MountHaruna
It was a little early, but I went to Ikaho Onsen and Mount Haruna for the first time to see the autumn leaves😊
The leaves were only about half-full, so I enjoyed it while thinking how amazing it would be when they're at their best!
It was a place I'd like to visit again at a leisurely pace✨
Late Autumn in Shibukawa

Ikaho Stone Steps - We walked the 365 steps to the top. Fun gift shops, sweets, and restaurants along the way. Even carnival game shops on the way. Half way up is a onsen foot bath for free. Make it to the top to see the shrine. After climbing the 365 stone steps, there is Ikaho Shrine, and if you go further, you will find an open-air bath and a red arched bridge called Kajika Bridge.

Ikaho Onsen♨️
Ikaho Onsen Stone Steps Street!!!
I went there during the hot summer months, so there were a lot of stairs and I got tired😂
But the stone steps street has a lot of old-fashioned shops and various other stores, so I could walk around and eat and hang out at the shops, so it was great💯👏🏻✨
Due to the effects of COVID-19, the goshuin stamps at Ikaho Shrine were only available on paper.
Ikaho Onsen is famous, so if you haven't been there, you should definitely go at least once🙆🏻♀️

Famous Japanese hot springs: Ikaho Onsen
#IkahoOnsen #Gunma
Ikaho Onsen is a famous hot spring in Japan. This is a phrase from the Gunma Karuta, but I think it's absolutely true.
This was my first time at Ikaho Onsen, and it was such a famous hot spring that all my fatigue disappeared in an instant.
I really want to go back again.
Ikaho Onsen Stone Steps
The biggest attraction in Ikaho Onsen is the Stone Steps Street.
We recommend checking into a ryokan and going out in a yukata!

The onsen at this hotel is very good. Breakfast and dinner are provided.
My first time in an onsen was so comfortable and relaxing that I didn't want to go back to Thailand.
Very fresh
Very fresh and nice views, feeling so cool .
