Jinli Ancient Street 锦里古街 (Jinli Street) is a famous pedestrian street in Chengdu that you shouldn't miss. It offers an old town atmosphere with plenty of food and goods at reasonable prices. The ambiance is great, making it a pleasant place to stroll and enjoy delicious food. No entrance fee... Free entry Open hours ⏰09:00-22:00 How to get there 🚇Line 3, get off at Gaoshengqiao Exit D, turn left, walk straight to the first traffic light, turn right, walk straight to the third traffic light, and it's just a little further on the left.

I highly recommend for the next visitors who stay in Chengdu for several days and have nothing to do . This old street is a photographer’s paradise. the colors and lights in the evening make the place a unique stage for photos. The food in there is wouldn’t recommend as it is street food standard and I am not confident a foreigner won’t get sick . Several stalls with souvenirs and local food to bring back home make it a shopping paradise. Prepare an umbrella if you think it is going to rain and do not go with high heels or fancy shoes as the floors are very slippery and the chance of falling is very high . Access to the street goes thru the park and you just present and validate the health code . #tigeryear2022
