Just came back from an incredible trip to Èze, a stunning medieval village perched high on a hill along the French Riviera, and I’m still in awe of its beauty! 🏞️🌸 Wandering through its narrow, cobbled streets felt like stepping into a fairytale. Every corner of this village is filled with charm, from the stone houses covered in blooming flowers to the artisan shops selling handmade crafts and perfumes. 🏡💐 One of the best parts? The views of the Mediterranean Sea from up there are simply breathtaking.
I visited the Jardin Exotique d’Èze, which has an entrance fee of €6. This exotic garden is a must-see, not just for its amazing collection of cacti and succulents but for the panoramic views over the sea and surrounding countryside. 🌵🌊 From the garden, you can see all the way to Saint-Tropez on a clear day! Another highlight was exploring the old church, Notre-Dame de l'Assomption, with its charming ochre façade, which adds to the village's historic vibe.
After taking in the sights, I had lunch at a café with a terrace overlooking the sea. The food was delicious—think fresh Mediterranean dishes like Niçoise salad and local fish. 🍽️🐟 Èze is also famous for its perfumeries, so I couldn't leave without visiting the Fragonard perfume factory for a free tour. If you’re ever in the South of France, make sure to put Èze on your list—it’s a perfect blend of history, nature, and stunning views! #trip #Eze #FrenchRiviera #MedievalVillage #ExoticGarden #TravelFrance

The Most Beloved Town by Influencers: Èze in Southern France
In the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of southern France, there are many medieval towns that seem isolated from the world, and Èze is one of them.
The biggest highlight of Èze is the view from the tropical garden at the top of the hill, where you can overlook the entire village and enjoy the stunning Mediterranean scenery. The garden is located on what used to be a medieval fortress, at an altitude of about 429 meters. It features a variety of tropical plants, with uniquely shaped cacti that are particularly eye-catching.
After leaving the garden, it's recommended to take some time to leisurely explore the town of Èze.
The village of Èze is well-preserved, with exquisite old houses built from large stone blocks along the steep cliffs, exuding a rich historical and artistic atmosphere.

You MUST add this stunning garden to your bucket list when visiting. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The floral scents were unique and relaxing. It’s a bit of a walk up and around but I also travelled with some who have a bit of trouble on extensive walks and were able to enjoy this experience. Drink lots of water, carry with you. There’s some great dining areas along the way as well
When you get to the city, probably by bus, and you start walking up the heavily inclined road, on the right there is a virtual kiosk that you can use to buy the tickets early if you don’t want to wait in line when you get to the entrance of the park after walking for probably 30 or more minutes.
It was gorgeous! The trek up there was definitely worth it. Not only is the view beautiful, but it has many flora, sculptures, mini waterfalls, and historical info to look at.
There is drinkable water on the other side of the castle when you follow the path down if you are low on water.
The shops are very cute to look at, but are quite over priced, so beware of the trinkets that you see there.

The most beautiful town in France: EZE Eze town
23 days of small trips in France, bags visited There are many French towns, each with its own taste, but the favorite is the Eze town on the Cte d'Azur.
EZE's botanical garden is the best place to watch the sea in Eze, don't miss it.
The exotic botanical garden on the top of the town of Eze was once a castle. It was destroyed by the army of Louis XIV during the Spanish War of 1706, and the ruins of the castle became the current botanical garden. In the exotic botanical gardens, hundreds of exotic plants are gathered, including: agave, aloe vera, cactus and so on. There are more than 400 varieties, mainly from the Americas and Africa.
Eze is world famous for its most beautiful panoramic view of the Mediterranean. Located in the mountains along the Mediterranean coast, the highest mountaintop is one of the highest points on the Mediterranean coast in southern France. The 360-degree sea and mountain views are unobstructed, and the sea and sky are in the distance. The blue waters and the lush mountains complement each other. In addition to these exotic flowers, the
botanical garden has many female sculptures by the French sculptor Jean-Philippe Richard. Each one has a different name, but all of them are the same calm posture, calm expression, facing the sea.
