If you walk along the stone wall street that stretches out to the side, the scenery is so pretty🪨 It also appears in the drama 'That Year Us', and the main character Choi Woong's house is near Jangangmun ㅎㅎ!🏡🏘️ If you're interested, take a walk and take a look!! The green scenery and stone walls in the summer go well together, so no matter how you take a picture, it all comes out well :) 🌿 There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, so it's convenient to go eat when you get hungry after playing! Suwon Haenggung-dong Jangangmun is the northern gate of Suwon Fortress. When I go to Haenggung-dong, I always get off at the bus stop in front of Jangangmun and see it a lot :) If you go up, you can go inside and see it. These days, there are many restaurants with nice views and rooftop cafes near Jangangmun. I could see Jangangmun from the rooftop of a restaurant I visited a while ago! Hwahongmun + Banghwasuryujeong walk It's a gate on the north side of Suwon Hwaseong, and the atmosphere is great! The combination of the flowing water gate, stone bridge, and pavilion is so pretty. It's really good for taking pictures. When the weather is good, just walking around is healing. 2. A short walk along the fortress wall The view is good even if you go up a little from Hwahongmun to Janganmun. Don't push yourself too hard, it's OK to just walk a little and come back down. 3. Suwon Hwaseong Haenggung + Haenggung-dong Mural Village It's a temporary palace from the Joseon Dynasty, but the interior is well decorated and there's a lot to see. There's a mural village right next to it, and the alleys are really pretty and emotional. You can get a great shot. 4. Haenggung-dong Cafe Street It's near the mural village, so it's good to go right away. There are many cafes with great atmosphere, so you can choose one. 5. Night walk along Suwoncheon It’s close to the cafe street, so you can just walk leisurely. The atmosphere is so good when the lights come on, so it’s perfect for a final walk.

Suwon Hwaseong Fortress is located an hour by train or bus from Seoul Station. It has a castle gate like the one in the manga Kingdom, and you can walk on top of the castle walls. I bought a ticket at the ticket center and chose the course that took me around the castle walls by car. The scenery is magnificent. It warmed my heart to think that people used to live here. I went there the first time in summer, the second time in autumn, and the third time in winter. In winter, Suwon Hwaseong Fortress is covered in snow, which makes it very picturesque. In particular, the bullet marks on the stone arch gate vividly conveyed the pain of the Korean War.
