Japanese style wood Kyoto style @ Setsugekka
Snow moon flower
Address: Shop G507, G/F, Leo Plaza, 11 Lee Tak Street, Tai Kok Tsui
AK opened a ramen shop in Tsim Sha Tsui before, the queue was very exaggerated when it opened, so this time I waited for the snow moon flowers to open for a while before I came to help, maybe plus the location is not so convenient, I came to 6:30pm on weekdays, really no one.
The decor is simple, with some Kyoto Feel, in addition to Japanese style, of course, there is no shortage of AK's favorite cat. As soon as you enter the door, you feel that it is full of space, very bright, spacious and comfortable, mainly wooden decoration, and there is a couch room.
I have been reading a lot of reports focusing on introducing the desserts here, but after trying it, I think the most makes me come back and go back again is the savory food.
1. Homemade Hahaha Spaghetti: Homemade fermented spicy sauce nutmeg tiger prawn pasta, the sauce is very strong tomato flavor, there are dried tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, spicy taste is not too out, all three tiger prawns are large and crispy, than similar high quality.
2. Japanese Girl Pizza: It is cooked with Japanese slow-cooked pork corners and daikon, the taste is not that special, but he is the pizza is very thin and crispy
3. Very elusive Komatsu: This is really good, it’s octopus grilled rice balls, but it’s fried, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with some smoky octopus grains inside, multiple mouthfeel. There are six pills for $68, what a bargain!
Dessert chose matcha white jade red bean ice, enough for two people, very soft, matcha flavor is very rich, itself than the bottle of condensed milk very little, so ask the clerk to take, he added a lot to me, and said not enough can be added.
Overall, the food quality, environment, service, are very good, if opened in Mong Kok / Tsim Sha Tsui, I believe it will be a hot shop in line.
