[2025 Ito Attraction] Travel Guide for Itō Orange Beach (Updated May)

#timetotravel I visited Ito Beach in Japan last October and I had a wonderful time. Here is my review of this beautiful destination. Ito Beach is located in Ito, a famous hot spring resort town on the eastern coast of the Izu Peninsula. It is easily accessible from Tokyo by train, and it offers a variety of attractions and activities for visitors. I stayed at K's House Ito Onsen, a historic ryokan hostel that has communal and private hot spring baths. The hostel was very cozy and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed soaking in the hot springs and relaxing in the lounge areas. Another thing that I loved about Ito Beach was the food. There are many restaurants and cafes that serve delicious local cuisine, such as seafood, noodles, and sweets. I especially liked the sashimi donburi, a rice bowl topped with fresh raw fish. It was very fresh and flavorful, and it came with miso soup and pickles. I also tried some of the specialty desserts, such as orange soft serve ice cream and orange chiffon cake. They were very refreshing and sweet, and they used local oranges from the area. Ito Beach is a great place to visit for anyone who loves nature, hot springs, and food. It has something for everyone, and it is not too crowded or touristy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Japan.

#Spring0yentrip Ito is a hot spring and sea town on the Izu Peninsula in Shizuoka Prefecture, where you can spend a relaxing time. The first thing I noticed when I arrived was the smell of the sea and the steam from the hot springs floating around the town. At the inn, I soaked in the hot springs that flow directly from the source, and the fatigue of my trip was gradually soothed. At Ito Orange Beach by the sea, the scenery created by the gentle waves and palm trees was somewhat exotic, and it was very pleasant to walk. I also stopped by Tokaikan in the town, and enjoyed the atmosphere of the old hot spring inn along with the wooden architecture that retains the charm of the Showa era. Walking along the Matsukawa Promenade, the willows and stone paving along the river were full of charm, perfect for a leisurely stroll. Ito was a town permeated with tranquility, where you can be soothed by the hot springs and soothed by the scenery of the sea and the town.

On one side is a 23-meter "Gate Shoulder Suspension Bridge", on the other side is endless seawater. The stunning scenery reveals coldness and excitement. At dusk, the glow of the setting sun is enchanting and captivating. Orange Beach, which is very close to Ito Station. The seawater is relatively clean. But the beach is quite dirty. Maybe the season for swimming in the sea will be better.
