I recently had the pleasure of staying at Intercontinental Hotel in Shijiazhuang, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hospitality was top-notch, and I was particularly impressed by Kara Wei, who attended to me with utmost professionalism and warmth. I had a slight challenge and she was able to handle it in no time, without any stress. Less i forget, her English was excellent. The rooms were immaculate, the amenities were excellent, and the overall ambiance was perfect for a relaxing stay. I Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shijiazhuang! China.
