It's not fancy, but it does the basics, and the staff was friendly and nice.
Hotel Heaven Macau, although not fancy, was a good value and comfortable stay!
First of all, there was no separate hotel deposit.
The front desk staff was very friendly and organized.
The English pronunciation is not easy for Koreans to understand, but we can communicate.
Accommodation!
The room had clean bedding and furniture, and everything was there.
The front desk phone, bathtub, and air conditioner were a bit old, but it wasn't something I had to worry about. I wasn't on a vacation, I was staying as a tourist.
The bathroom had soap, shampoo, body wash, cotton swabs, cotton pads, a comb, and a disposable toothbrush set. There was also a hair dryer, but I recommend bringing your own.
There was water, a coffee pot, and various types of tea.
There was no dust or bugs during my stay, and I had a more comfortable stay than I thought.
After checking out, they asked if I could leave my luggage first without asking. (They said it in English, but I couldn't understand it several times..ㅎㅎ;)
Transportation! Transportation was also quite satisfactory. There were many bus stops nearby, and there was no place that did not have a direct line when searching for a destination. The interval between buses was not long, and it was convenient for looking around Macau as a whole.
As a side note, I wonder if the Macau bus routes have been reorganized. While traveling, there were quite a few places where there were bus stops on the map but they did not actually exist, and vice versa. Even if I somehow found a bus and got on it, it would take a different route than what was on Google Maps.
Anyway, there were no attractions nearby that were good to see on foot, but there were delicious restaurants!! Transportation was convenient and good~
And I took a ferry to and from Macau, but when I checked in, I took a shuttle to the Venetian and then walked to the Inn Hotel while exploring the streets.
When I checked out, I took a taxi, and it cost $40. When I asked if they could call a taxi, they explained that if I stood in front of the hotel, a taxi would come to see me.
It was a hotel experience that was cost-effective and provided decent service.
