A museum where you can learn about wars that have occurred in Britain and its neighboring countries from World War I to recent times. There are many interactive exhibits, so both children and adults can learn 👧🏻 There is even a gallery of war-related works on the upper floor, and it was so worth seeing that it was hard to believe it was free! There was no Japanese language, but I think you can get the idea just by looking. If you’re interested in history you have to check it out, it features four main floors of galleries and then plenty of various war memorabilia in the common areas The three main exhibitions are about - World War One, World War Two and The Holocaust. Then there are rotating galleries for short term exhibitions, currently there are two about photography during war. A very interesting glimpse into how wars have changed over time and how they’ve been documented. The museum is set jn a park and is easy to get to by taxi or bus, if you get the metro you can get the northern or Bakerloo lines to Elephant & Castle or Lambeth North.
