[Okinawa/Miyakojima] A park where you can see the emerald green ocean🩵💚
This is Imgya Marine Garden, where you can see the blue ocean of Miyako.
It's far from the city center, so I recommend going by rental car!
If you climb the small hill, you'll see a spectacular view!
Even in the same park, you can see the ocean in various colors depending on where you look and the amount of light🌊
There are also people doing activities such as Clear Sup🚣
There are stairs and rocks, so you must wear shoes or sandals that are easy to move in!
It's worth going to see this spectacular view◎
Especially if you are staying at Shigira Resort Hotel, it's close, so you should definitely go!

Luxury Resort Area in Southern Miyakojima
I visited Imugya Marine Garden during my trip to Miyakojima. It's a spot where you can enjoy breathtaking views while walking along the promenade and observation deck. The stairs can be tough, but the stunning view at the top is worth the effort. It seems you can also swim in the nearby sea. Additionally, you can see sea turtles from the sightseeing boats. The hotels in this area are luxurious, but it's quiet and the scenery is different from the northern part, so I would like to stay in this area next time.

The marine garden of Okinawa
#getgoing2025
Imga Marine Garden is located on the south side of Miyako Island. It is a seaside park that uses natural coves as they are, and the beach separated from the outer sea is gentle without waves. Depending on the location, the water depth is 15 metres, which may be suitable for snorkelling practice. Imga is "surrounded spring water" in the Okinawan language. As the name suggests, it springs out of the cove, so you can play with confidence even with children. However, since it is not a public beach, Lifesabre is not resident.

A spectacular spot on Miyako Island: Ingya Marine Garden
#DomesticTravelRecord
Ingya Marine Garden is a must-see tourist spot in Miyakojima.
The sun is strong in midsummer, so
it's best to climb the stairs early in the morning before the sun rises.
The parking lot is empty and
there are hardly any people around, so you can stop and take lots of photos.
The emerald green sea as far as the eye can see.
The endlessly clear sea is so clear you can see all the way to the ground.
The contrast between the sea and the deep blue sky is
an essential part of sightseeing in Miyakojima.
Be sure to visit after the rainy season ends in June.
In the calm cove,
you can enjoy snorkeling and SUP with your family.

The Scenic Spot of Miyako Island in Okinawa
The Scenic Spot of Miyako Island's Inlet!
That is the 'Imgya Marine Garden Observatory'
A natural inlet where spring water and seawater mix, creating a stunning view✨
Since it's an inlet, the waves are calm, making it a recommended swimming spot for children as well🏖️
It seems you can also do stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) there!
When I visited, I saw people doing it and felt very envious.
I definitely want to try it next time I go.
It's also recommended to view it at night along with the starry sky!
