I went on a weekday and there were about 15 groups lined up. Both shops have large eating areas, so the turnover is fast and the wait time was about 15 minutes. If you go with more than 3 people, it seems like a good idea to line up at both shops and then move between them. When you sit down, you can choose the number of sticks you want, starting from 12.
