From Shiawase (happiness) pancakes that make you happy with one bite, to Okonomiyaki, Ichiran Ramen Main Branch, sushi, and more, this trip was full of delicious food ❤️ I also recommend it as a foodie destination!

Business hours 16:00~03:00. The Uomachi branch is the main branch and the Gintengai branch is located there. As a dumpling specialty store, you can also use the happy hour from 16:00~18:00, with 7 dumplings for 163 yen including tax, lemon sour for 193 yen, and draft beer for 273 yen, which is half price. Korean menu is available. Before ordering, the staff will give you a piece of paper like a receipt, which has a QR code, and you can use the QR code to order. Just give them the paper when you pay. As expected of a dumpling specialty store, there is an explanation of how to eat the dumplings (with pictures) at each seat, and all kinds of sauces are also available. There can be a lot of waiting during happy hour, so I recommend open run.

Located in an alley off the main street of Kokura Uomachi, directly opposite Ichiran Ramen, this izakaya offers a nomihodai (all-you-can-drink) for 990 yen for 30 minutes, with an additional charge of 330 yen for every 10 minutes over. Takoyaki and dashiyaki are 660 yen for 8 pieces. All regular menu items are 440 yen. They have a Korean menu available, making it easy to order. The owner slightly resembles Son Seok-koo and The Quiett, and they take photos of every customer and post them on Instagram~~. The part-time female staff (Hiyori) is a university student who is very interested in Korea and can converse in Korean, asking lots of questions and being so kind and attentive that you might forget you're in Japan~~. Among the izakayas in Kokura, some places might ignore you if you come alone, but here they welcome you warmly, making it the perfect place to end your day~~. If I come back to Kitakyushu, this will definitely be my number one spot, it's such a pleasant placeㅎㅎ
