I've put together a four-day summary of the morning buffet at Ibis Styles Ratchada Hotel.

5 nights at Ibis Styles Ratchada Hotel in Bangkok.
I didn't have breakfast on the last day, so that's 4 days worth.
There are so many menus, but I usually have cheese, ham, fruit and eggs at the hotel buffet.
Other than that, I choose from a variety of menus depending on my mood.
So, I'm sorry if you thought, "Huh? The menu is always the same? There's only cheese, ham, fruit and omelettes!"...
The morning buffet at Ibis Styles Ratchada has a wide variety of menu items, and a wide variety of drinks, sweets and breads.
There's a lot of variety. Thai food, Chinese food, Western food, a lot of bread, and a wide variety of drinks.
They will fry the eggs you like, and make noodles with your favorite ingredients.
I pile everything I like on top.
On the first day, I had three types of cheese, three types of ham, watermelon, a Spanish omelette, a BLT sandwich, tomatoes, beans, potatoes, corn, a bottle of yogurt with fruit, and cafe au lait.
The congee was for my companion.
On the second day, I had three types of cheese, two types of ham, red-fleshed melon, a plain omelette, French toast, tomatoes, beans, corn, stewed diced tomatoes, bean soup, and cafe au lait.
I also had rice noodles, thin noodles with fish balls and fried tofu.
The fried rice, yakisoba, Spanish omelette, pork sausages, and diced tomatoes were for my companion.
On the third day, I had two types of cheese, two types of ham, yellow-fleshed melon, a plain omelette, tomatoes, potatoes, beans, corn, cafe au lait, orange juice, and apple juice.
I got a plain omelette, chicken congee, braised pork, and fried noodles with thin noodles for my companion.
On the fourth day, I got one type of cheese, two types of ham, red chicken meat, melon with yellow flesh, a plain omelette, tomatoes, beans, and corn, pad thai, pancakes, bean soup, cafe au lait, and orange juice.
The noodles I ordered were thinner than thin wontons and were so delicious that I ended up eating two bowls topped with spring onions and ham.
The plain omelette, salad, and congee were for my companion.
Looking back at the morning buffets over the four days, I really did eat the same thing over and over.
But morning buffets at hotels overseas are pretty much the same wherever you go...cheese, ham, fruit, eggs, cafe au lait, and various other things depending on your mood.
Since there is such a wide variety of menu items, I recommend using this as a bad example and trying a wide variety.
And, like my companion, not eating much at all is a no-no as it's a waste.
