The staff is so nice and helpful and even offered to arrange for island hopping package for better rate! When she knew I have my young son with me, the automatically offered complimentary extra pillow. Their attentiveness is so awesome. As I booked with Agoda, they didn’t ask for security deposit (a first from my other experience staying in Thai hotels). Check in and check out process were a breeze. 10/10 would recommend.
