The food is fresh. I don’t suggest the set menu but a la crate as you will find them more exciting. Know that the restaurant is not located in the Solaria Stage. It is on the side of the road as it’s on a standalone shop house. The food here is fresh and good value. But expect to wait for 30 minutes or more as this place is quite popular. The ordering process is kinda confusing though for foreigners. #fukuokatrip This is a place that I saved on Google Map to go to while in Fukuoka. It was not until the third attempt when the queue was more manageable that we managed to get in after queuing for about 30 minutes. I finally understood why the queue was long - friendly service and quality sushi at an affordable price. Unfortunately the Uni Sashimi was not available, so we had to settle for Uni Sushi.
