I've been to Sanur in Bali before, but only to take a boat to Nusa Penida. I didn't expect to find such a great family-friendly hotel here! 🏨Hyatt Regency Bali is a long-established hotel with a rich history. It has a very Balinese feel and is great for kids! . 🍃The lobby has a forest-like feel and is very photogenic. The staff kindly took us to our room. There are plants everywhere, and the environment is very elegant. . 🛏️The suite is very spacious, and the sofa bed outside is very large. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a welcome gift. It was very comfortable for two adults and two children. The hotel has several pools for kids. The water in the family pool is very warm. There is also a slide 🛝 and a warm water pool. The kids can enjoy the water without worrying about the rainy season. There are Balinese statues everywhere in the pool, which adds a lot of fun for the kids. The adult pool near the beach is very photogenic. There is also a kids' club, where a staff member will accompany the kids the whole time. They also organize crafts and duck feeding. . It's really convenient to take the kids out in the sun during the day. Adults can also enjoy a spa 💆‍♀️. After a massage when we came back from Nusa Penida, all our fatigue disappeared. . The hotel's restaurants are all semi-open, which gives them a real island resort feel. The sea view restaurant and breakfast restaurant are both very good. You can enjoy delicious local cuisine. There is also an exclusive executive lounge, which is very quiet and private. Snacks and drinks are available all day. There are delicious hot dishes during happy hour in the evening. The hotel area is covered with lush trees and lots of greenery along with a big pond (aside from the main pool). The room design is very stunning with lots of elements giving nods to the traditional balinese culture. The breakfast was very delicious. Stayed during the pandemic and during this time, this hotel arguably serves one of the most delicious hotel breakfast I’ve tasted thus far. #indonesiatrip The hotel is old, or classically traditional design. You can actually smell the oldness of this hotel if you take their lift. The smell is unmistakable.The rooms are also of old design, cramped washroom, and no connection between toilet and shower area, its a two separate room with living room in between. However it is of okay hyatt standard. Great location, and everything else is okay except for the mosquitos because of how the hotel is landscaped. A 4 star experience overall. Nice and nearby beach

Compared to other beaches, the hotel is located in Sanur, which is very local, more cost-effective, and the beach is not bad. There are many local restaurants, bars, and small shops within walking distance of the hotel, making it a great location! Hyatt Regency Bali is one of the first international five-star hotels in Bali. After more than five years of closure and renovation, it was reborn in 2018. The renovation of Hyatt Regency Bali was not just a simple repair, but all the hotel buildings and facilities were newly built, except for the main building of the three guest room areas and the public area landscaping. Only some historical elements were retained in the art installations. The hotel has a huge lush tropical garden, which makes you feel like you are in a fairy tale world like the Wizard of Oz, with a great vacation vibe! The garden is made up of hundreds of plants, creating a lush tropical wonder! You can feel the beauty of nature and the negative ions in the air while walking through it, and enjoy a lively and relaxing holiday at the multiple pools. The hotel's several unique restaurants and bars, including the Hyatt Regency Lounge, are all very nice. I love the decor and decoration of each one! The different dining experiences in different restaurants and settings are all worth experiencing! Some are quiet and elegant, while others are lively and bustling. The lounge at Hyatt Regency Bali is also in an open-air pavilion, surrounded by dense vegetation and lakes. The path to it is like a maze in the Wizard of Oz, which I love!

As soon as you step into the lobby of Hyatt Regency you will feel the difference from other five-star hotels, the staff told me the lobby is over 50 years old, has been renovated but decided to keep the original design, different! Even the rooms are retro style plus wooden furniture, special style, and there is a terrace facing many green plants, giving the guests a very comfortable feeling. Therefore, the focus has been shifted to the hotel's garden construction, cultivating this vast expanse of endlessly green and wildly charming tropical jungle. It is said that this Hyatt was the first international chain brand introduced to Bali, and it is about to turn fifty years old, holding a special significance of growing old but remaining strong. It has just been renovated in the past two years, rejuvenating for the Nth spring. The most commendable renovation is the executive lounge and fitness center, both of which are located in the dense forest a little away from the guest room area, surrounded by water systems. The executive lounge is very popular, with guests mostly European and American families. It not only provides breakfast and afternoon tea for members but also the evening happy hour is more than just a simple wine party. The variety of meals is abundant, and the taste spans all ages and cultures, suitable for a full dinner. The fitness center and SPA area, with winding paths and lush flowers, also come with a separate scenic swimming pool. It seems to benefit from the neighboring Andaz, as the two hotels share this space, so the decor here is clearly higher than other areas of the Hyatt Hotel. Bali Andashi If the garden of the Bali Hyatt is only big, then the guest rooms of this Andaz are enveloped in the rainforest. The hotel introduction says that 95% of the original vegetation was preserved during the construction of the hotel, so although this hotel opened in 2021, the vegetation density is already greater than that of the Hyatt and even Ubud Alila. Andaz is undoubtedly the best choice of this Bali trip (I checked in at Hyatt Regency, Amanusa, Alila Ubud and Andaz). Apart from being a bit expensive, the only downside of Andaz is the lack of a night bed service gift. Also note that because Andaz and the neighboring Hyatt have the same owner, all dining and spa services can be cross-redeemed. For example, if you stay at Andaz and dine at the neighboring Hyatt, you can still earn points for Andaz. Additionally, the hotel's gym and spa facilities are shared with the neighboring Hyatt, but unfortunately, there is no Republic of Soap customized spa. I hope next time I won't be staying alone.
