Chic is located on the top floor ( level 10 ) of Hotel de la Coupole, you will feel like stepping into a luxury French restaurant in the middle of the misty Sapa town. The restaurant is designed with a combination of French street lights with Sapa ethnic motifs. Chic glows with ambient light from the many lanterns lining the stunning raised catwalk in the middle of the restaurant. They serve breakfast for the hotel guests from 0600-1030, the option has quite a wide selection from locals to international, example egg section, hot and cold meal, fruit, cereals, noodles and many more. The restaurant had a large outdoor balcony with majestic views over the mountains and valleys of Sapa.

The water in the tank is always changed regularly with moderate temperatures so that visitors can relax comfortably. There are also benches around for you to rest. The gym is behind the swimming pool, is fully equipped with modern equipment, where you can take care of and exercise during your vacation. Both the swimming pool and gym are located at level 7.

A room with a large balcony, allows you to enjoy the panoramic view of the courtyard. The dry and wet separate bathroom is awesome, with the rain fall shower head, and the amenities are included. Other features included in the room are the minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, mineral water, safe box, TV and free WIFI access throughout the whole complex.

The hotel is designed with many high windows, floor to ceiling glass, so you can see the magnificent landscape of the mountains and forest of Sapa, bringing the most impressive experience to visitors. In between the 2 buildings of the hotel, there is a large garden courtyard, which always brings a fresh feeling by the green color of the trees. Connecting the 2 buildings is a small glass bridge spanning the rooftop.

On our first trip to Vietnam, we chose Northern Vietnam. We took a flight to Hanoi and then a sleeper bus to Sapa, the city in the mist. We arrived in the morning, just in time to check into the hotel, Hotel de la Couple M Gallery. Since we couldn't check in yet, we left our bags and asked to take a shower at the hotel. They directed us to the pool floor, where there were shower rooms equipped with all necessary amenities, including a hairdryer. After freshening up, we were ready to explore!

The dishes are beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The rooftop bar is the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail while taking in the panoramic views of the town. Overall, my stay at Hotel de la Coupole was an unforgettable experience. The combination of classic design, impeccable service, and delicious cuisine made it a truly luxurious and memorable getaway.

Blown away by this French Indochine inspired hotel in Sapa, Vietnam

Amazed by the decor and level of service in this beautiful hotel in the picturesque town of Sapa. Checked in and were served hot chocolate as our welcome drink, what a treat! Beautifully decorated and we spent half our morning just exploring the hotel grounds. Sights at the rooftop hotel is a must see, even if you’re not dining there, I suggest just going up to see the view or relaxing over a drink. The hotel room was very clean and we had such a pleasant stay.

The hotel is beautifully designed with brilliant reminders of the Paris of the 1920s. The staff are all friendly and attentive. We would mention all of them but Grace the duty manager was very kind as was the receptionist when we arrived. The concierge did a great job at organising our trip to visit a local village. Breakfast provided a rich range of options and was of a very high standard. The bar is fantastically appointed.Thank you!
