The place was absolutely amazing. We ate snacks there but the main attraction was definitely the interior of this place! This cafe is a 10 just for the experience even without considering other factors. The food was good too!

You can enjoy the beautiful seaside scenery just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The sunset in the evening is breathtaking, and you can take amazing photos📸. I have stayed there many times and all room types are great ❤️. This time I stayed in a Japanese style room with a cypress bathtub. The cypress bathtub is so big that two adults can comfortably fit in it. It makes you feel happy when you take a bath. Breakfast was buffet style, all delicious and varied. We went before sunset and had the best view 🌇 The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were very satisfying with a wide selection. As a Japanese, I was happy that they have a lot of Japanese food. I told them in advance that it was my bf's birthday and they served him a cake. Everything was wonderful. When i arrived in the philippines, I booked in hotel okura manila for 2room! When we arrived in the hotel, My family really amaze with the lobby, it was very stunning together with pianist, and nice music! Check in procedure was very smooth, room was too big for 7-8 pax, very spacious and very clean room! They have also heated pool. Breakfast also good! We really enjoy our stay

Upon arriving the hotel's driveway, we were greeted by the security guard and assisted us to unload our luggages from the car while we wait for the bellman to arrive and collect our luggage. When we entered the hotel, security guards greeted us with a smile. Meanwhile, the greeter or the staff standing near the eacalator ( wearing a kimono dress) didn't even approach us or ask if we need any assistance since we were standing there searching for the check in area. I was holding my baby and my other son which no one even bothered to assist us. We needed to approach her and ask if she could tell us where the reception is. She then pointed where the lift is. In the check in area, front desk staffs were not that friendly compared to other hotels that we've stayed, no greeting until I approached one of their staff for check in. Other staffs still continued talking to each other while we were checking in. I've requested for a thermometer since my baby has a fever, but turns out that they can only lend you the thermometer if its an emergency, bottle sterilizer is not available as well which is odd. Since they cannot lend me their thermometer, they didn't even care to tell us another options. Didn't even offer any kids amenities since they saw that i have 2 kids with me, I needed to ask when we reached our room. It was so disappointing. But when we went for our breakfast the next day, restaurant staff were really nice and we could feel the 5 star service, thanks to the team, my family enjoyed their meal.
