Rooms & Comfort: The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials. While they are on the smaller side, which is typical for Japanese hotels, they are thoughtfully designed for maximum comfort. My room had a fantastic view of the city and the Northern Alps, which was a wonderful way to start the day. Dining & Breakfast: One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet on the top floor. The variety of dishes, including both Japanese and Western options, was impressive. Enjoying a meal while admiring the panoramic mountain views was a truly memorable experience. Service & Amenities: The staff at Hotel JAL City Nagano were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist. But it's not just the breakfast that's amazing about this hotel...
