[2024 Rome Stay] Travel Guide for Hotel Canada, BW Premier Collection (Updated Dec)
Hotel Treasure in the Center of Rome🪧
Today, I want to share a hotel I stayed at in Rome that I highly recommend—Hotel Canada, BW Premier Collection®, located at Via Vicenza 58, Rome. This hotel not only has a great location, but it's also in a 19th-century building in the historic center, and you can walk to many landmarks. It's also convenient for transportation, less than a 5-minute walk from Castro Pretorio subway station and a 10-minute walk from Rome Termini train station, making it perfect for first-time visitors😄.
The hotel's decor combines elegance and modernity, perfectly preserving the original building's style. As soon as you enter the lobby, you're captivated by the vintage elegance, as if you've traveled back in time to Italy. The front desk staff are friendly and professional, and the check-in process is seamless and smooth. The hotel has complete facilities, and the library and small lounge by the fireplace are great places to relax. The rooms also have hand-painted paintings and canopy beds, exuding romance in a classical setting, making you marvel at the Romans' exquisite artistic sense😍.
I stayed in a spacious and comfortable family room that could easily accommodate four people. The bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so you didn't have to worry about the noise outside. The room had Wi-Fi, a minibar, slippers, and other thoughtful amenities, and the bathroom was modern, clean, and tidy. I especially liked the hotel's mini elevator, which was super cute and became a highlight of our trip😆.
Rome has countless attractions, and there are many great places to visit near the hotel. The Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore and the Roman Forum are within walking distance. If you love food, Adesso Vineria-bistrot and Alvaro Ristorante are also nearby. You can enjoy a wide selection of wines and authentic Italian cuisine, making it a great choice for enjoying leisure time after a meal or savoring a delicious meal🍷🍝.
Of course, everything has its little flaws. For example, some friends mentioned that the room's voltage was insufficient, and the kettle would trip the circuit breaker. However, overall, these issues aren't significant, as long as you don't frequently use high-power appliances😂. Another point is that the hotel's exterior environment is a bit barren, but it's actually very safe and convenient for travel, so these small details don't affect the overall experience.
In conclusion, this hotel offers a great value experience, with excellent facilities and services at a high cost-performance ratio. If you're visiting Rome, consider staying at Hotel Canada, BW Premier Collection®, and I guarantee you'll have an unforgettable stay✈️.
