Hey, guys! I highly recommend Hoshino Resorts Guam! I originally went for the Crown Plaza, but I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. As soon as you step into the hotel, it feels like you've been transported to Okinawa, Japan. The service, dining, and decor all have a Japanese style. The hotel is mostly occupied by Japanese tourists, so it's quiet and orderly, and the atmosphere is great. Hoshino's water park is amazing! There are many pools and a wide variety of activities, and it's all free and unlimited! The kids have a great time, and the adults can relax. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety of options, both Western and East Asian, to satisfy all tastes. Sit down and enjoy a leisurely breakfast to start your day off right! Hoshino Resorts Guam is a rare family-friendly paradise on the island, with a strong Japanese style and high cost performance. If you want a quiet vacation and to enjoy some quality family time, don't hesitate, come and experience it for yourself!

Hoshino Resorts on Guam is a good hotel for staying. It has its own free waterpark and pools. Additionally, it’s beside the ocean, and they provide supplies such as life jackets if you wish to swim in the ocean. There is an island near the hotel you can swim to with the jackets, and the hotel offers good food and breakfast. It’s also in the city, so it’s a good location. #hotelstaycation

It seems that the hotel has changed from Onward to Hoshino Resorts, and the Onward logo remains on the bedside. The facility itself is a little old, but it wasn't a concern. However, the bath drain gets clogged if you don't remove your hair after one person (with semi-long hair) leaves. It's far from Tumon, so you need to get there by bus or taxi. There aren't many buses, so we took a 15-minute taxi ride to Tumon for about $25-30. It has a water park, so it's recommended for those with elementary school-aged children. Table tennis was free, and the beachside party was fun with various games and dancing. There were many laundry facilities, so we didn't have to wait. There was a microwave, so we could heat up frozen foods from the supermarket and eat them. Did you know that there is a Hoshino Resorts hotel in Guam? It's called "Risonare Guam"! Last year, it was renamed "Onward Beach Resort Guam" and rebranded and reopened. I think the interior is still the same, but the service and hospitality are as you would expect from Hoshino Resorts, so I was very satisfied! The sea at Hagatna Bay is also beautiful, and I especially recommend the sunset! There is a pool, so if you go with your family, you can be satisfied even if you stay at the hotel all day. There are days when you can eat BBQ for free for dinner, and days when you can enjoy a special BBQ. Breakfast is buffet style and changes every day, so you won't get bored, and they also have Japanese food, so you can eat what you like depending on your mood that day. When it comes to snorkeling in Guam, it's definitely Ypao Jade. There are so many fish. I stayed at the Hilton and enjoyed a private snorkel right in front of the hotel. The water is so clear! And most of all, a variety of fish... it's truly a snorkeling paradise! I highly recommend Yipao!

✔️Room interior I don't have any pictures of the room interior.. 4 family members slept comfortably with 2 double beds and 1 king bed. The floor is carpeted, so you have to be careful of dust, but there were no bugs. The bed covers, pillows, and blankets were all clean and nice. Since the building itself is old, the bathroom felt old. Still, the water pressure was good, and it was okay to wash in the bathtub. ✔️Breakfast They had a system where they stamped the breakfast voucher every morning. The menu was decent, and there were several Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and American dishes. The line was pretty long every time I went, so I recommend going relatively early. ✔️Swimming pool As expected from a hotel famous for its swimming pool, the lazy river was quite large, and there were many slides, so it was fun. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't ride the manta slide because it was under repair, and the wave pool had a set time, so I couldn't ride the cool waves when I wentㅜㅜ ✔️Location It's a little far from the city center where other hotels (PIC, Dusit Tower, Lotte, etc.) are gathered, but you can get around without much trouble if you rent a car.
