This was my first time in Shanghai and no regrets choosing this hotel. It is a straight line from the airport making it very convenient. Room is quite small but can accomodate the two of us with 2 big luggages as well. Just take note that toothbrush is chargeable if you require them. And bottled water is provided in the room and you can take from the reception area if you need extras. Breakfast is good even though I cant eat most of the food as its non halal but its okay as they do have bread and cereals and salads. Location is accesible to any parts of the city via Metro or you can use Didi to anywhere. Overall it was a good stay and I would come back if Im back in Shanghai❤️

Location and Transportation: It’s a ten-minute walk from Tangzhen Station on Metro Line 2, and is actually just across a river. There are several shopping malls nearby. Hang Seng Plaza is next to the hotel, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun! Room Facilities: IHG Diamond card, upgrade to premium twin bed (larger area), actually 35 square meters? The room is fully equipped with everything you need. The pillows and quilts were not very comfortable. Dining room: Breakfast 🥣 was served on the first floor. Recently, the noodles at Holiday Inn Express were upgraded to "Ramen 🍜". It was actually braised beef noodles. I took a bite and it was just so-so... Serve: generally. There is basically no service. Whether it is delivering fruits or supplies, they are not proactive. They just say that we are short of staff. Should the guests endure the lack of staff? Cost-effectiveness: About 400 per night, which is expensive for this location. If you are catching a flight or staying for a long time, I would recommend you to go to Chuansha.
