Bangkok has many Holiday Inn hotels, and this time I stayed at the 'Bangkok Holiday Inn' located in Chit Lom, which is directly connected to the 'Bangkok Intercontinental Hotel' via a sky bridge. Located in a dense shopping area, it is different from the usual business hotels, with a higher grade, more modern facilities, and naturally, a higher price. The most basic standard room costs nearly $5000 per night without breakfast on weekdays, with an area of about 29 square meters, which is quite spacious. The highlight of this Holiday Inn is its public facilities. In addition to an outdoor swimming pool and gym, the lobby itself is very impressive, with a lounge area connected to the bar and café, making it super comfortable, with sofas everywhere for you to relax. Perhaps because of its higher grade, the attached restaurant looks much more upscale, with a significant improvement in overall quality! Staying in the Chit Lom area is the most convenient for shopping, as it is very close to the Erawan Shrine and the LV Café, making it perfect for visiting these spots.

What makes a breakfast buffet splendid would be their live stations and I was very much impressed by my buffet breakfast at Ginger restaurant, during my stay at Holiday Inn Bangkok hotel. The food were always replenished and I love their egg station. You can get your usual sunny side up, omelette, etc. Then you also have your juice bar, sushi bar, pastry section and even salad and dim sum. The selection of food was great and everything was fresh. A good selection of cold and hot food, international cuisine like western, Chinese, Indian and local Thai food. Drinks you can even request for specialty coffee such as cuppacino, mocha or lattes and hot chocolate for your kids. Was at Connexion Lounge at Holiday Inn Bangkok Thailand. It has a modern design concept and provide you with a venue to relax and chilled with friends and families especially during leisure trip. WiFi is also available for you if need to go online. There is always some easy listening music played in the background which further enhanced this place for relaxation. This is definitely a recommended hotel for facilities and price it offered.

Ginger restaurant at Holiday Inn Bangkok Thailand has been renovated and they have added quite a lot of seating capacity to it. Was there for the breakfast and it has provided a very pleasant dinning environment, good service staffs and the breakfast spread is very good too. There a good selection of both local and international food. With some easy listening music playing in the background, it really make breakfast dinning a good enough, especially if you are leisure trip.

Checked into Holiday Inn Bangkok Thailand. It is a 4 star hotel located just about 3 mins walk to Central World Bangkok. This is highly recommended hotel to stay in Bangkok for either business or leisure trip. This hotel is clean and service staffs are very friendly and helpful. They have just renovated at the lobby area. I have staying at this hotel since before COVID period and they have maintained their service standard. If you are an IHG member, you will be recognized.

Just across the road is the largest shopping mall, Central Word, and Big C. On the other side, across the road is the famous Erawan Buddha. There is also a Michelin-starred Thai restaurant Paste in the department store next to it, whether it is shopping or transportation is very convenient When Diamond Ambassador members check in, the front desk said that they can usually provide an upgrade to a higher level, but this room can no longer be upgraded, so they provide daily executive lounge as compensation. Members can choose breakfast, but the lounge already includes breakfast. The front desk directly helped me choose points, and the membership treatment is super generous! If you bring two children to the hotel, you will get an extra bed for free, and there is no additional charge for the executive lounge or breakfast The room is big enough to run and play ball in. The living room and dining table area are oversized. There is also a small space with a refrigerator and microwave oven. There is room for another single bed in the room. Facilities/services: Accept Credit Cards, WiFi, parking free of charge, the price is reasonable. No need reservations in advance but come early and get better seat. Holiday Inn Bangkok is conveniently located right outside of Chidlom BTS, which makes travelling around Bangkok easy if you take the train. The hotel is also a stone's throw away from Gaysorn shopping mall, Big C and even centralworld shopping. They are all walkable distance and the hotel is literally in the heart of town. We love the convenience of the hotel but we also love holiday inn's elite suite. The hotel may look a little aged but it is still spacious and gorgeous. There are 2 toilets in the room, one with a shower while the other with a bath tub. The room comes with a living area with a television outside and a study desk. The bedroom comes with a huge comfy king size bed and an extra complimentary roll away bed. We even got to use their club lounge which came with light refreshments and drinks. Visited Gym and fitness centre of Holiday Inn Bangkok Thailand. It is open for 24hr hrs with room card access only. It is a modern gym with a variety of fitness equipment and they are relatively new too. As the gym is in the basement, the 3 units track mills are facing nice looking build up area by the hotel. In terms of free weights, good selection of different sizes to suit your needs. The best part is this gym is open 24 hours! Highly recommended to spend some time here if you are staying at this property.

Was at the swimming pool at Holiday Inn Bangkok. The area is well maintained and pool side seats are clean. After renovation, the depth of pool has maximum of 1.4m compare previously of 1.8m. There are pool staffs around in the swimming pool area and you can also order some food from Ginger restaurant. The setting is relax enough to have a good swim or even sun bathing. Make sure you plan some schedule to be at the pool when you are staying g ST this property.
