The staff are foreigners and very kind. There are ARABICA stores in Tokyo and Kyoto, but I love the atmosphere of this store, which seems to blend into the snow. I ordered a hot matcha latte and drank it on the snowy road on my way home. Since it's a bitter matcha latte, I always buy sweet snacks to drink, but a hot drink in cold Hokkaido is really the best.
