[Maihama] Hilton Tokyo Bay New Floor Executive Select Room Accommodation Review!!
This time, I stayed in an Executive Select Room on the new Executive Floor of Hilton Tokyo Bay!
Because it was Christmas season, the exterior of the hotel was decorated with Christmas lights (see photo 10). This light is only on during the Christmas period!
Hilton Tokyo Bay is located in Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture, and is one of the official hotels of Disney Resort. It has over 800 rooms and is a long hotel, so it has a great presence!
It is located between Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay and Toy Story Hotel.
This hotel is directly managed by Hilton. The staff are very friendly and provide high quality service.
The room I stayed in this time was an Executive Select Room on the top floor Executive Floor.
This floor was renovated this summer, and the Celebrio Room and Celebrio Select Room on the top floor were reopened at the end of November!
By the way, the Celebrio Room room has been renovated to an Executive Room, and the Celebrio Select Room room has been renovated to an Executive Select Room! The big difference between these two rooms is that the "Select" room type has a separate bath and toilet! The Executive (Celebrio) rooms are not separate and have unit baths.
And when the Executive Floor opened, the name of the Celebrio Lounge was changed to Executive Lounge.
Before the creation of the Executive Floor, there were two types of rooms with lounge access:
Celebrio Suite Room
Celebrio Select Room
However, with this renewal, there are now three types:
Celebrio Suite Room
Executive Select Room
Executive Room
When the top 11th floor was the Celebrio Floor, the Celebrio Room, the predecessor of the Executive Room, was not eligible for lounge access, so with the creation of the Executive Floor, the number of rooms with lounge access has increased significantly! This is a very nice point!
The biggest changes made by the 11th floor renewal work are:
- Changes to the floor interior, including the elevator hall
- Changes to the guest room interior
- Renovation of the guest room toilets?
- Changes to guest room mattresses
- Changes to guest room hairdryers
- Removal of TVs from the Executive (Celebrio) Select bathrooms
- Increase in the number of rooms with lounge access
- Change in the name from Celebrio Lounge to Executive Lounge
I guess. Please forgive me, as this is only my personal impression.
The interior seemed to be based on the standard Hilton room interior. It was Japanese modern and luxurious, and I really like the Hilton interior! (It has a unique Tokyo Bay interior feel, and I also loved the polka dot Celebrio floor!)
The mattresses used to be thin and firm, but as you can see in the second photo, they have been changed to wide and very fluffy mattresses, which allowed for a comfortable sleep! We were staying with four people this time, but the extra bed was the same size as the regular bed used before the renovation (second photo).
Also, what made me really happy was that the hair dryer had been switched to one equipped with Panasonic nanoe, although there is no photo! However, unfortunately, the TV in the bathroom that I used when I was in the Celebrio Select Room had been removed lol
I also posted about the last Celebrio Select Room I stayed in this summer, just before it was renovated, so please take a look at that for comparison!
This time, I was very satisfied with the stay in the new type of room, the Executive Select Room! I was looking forward to the executive floor, and it didn't disappoint! I'd definitely like to use it again! #HiltonTokyoBay #hotelstay #hotelstaylovers #hotel #suiteroom #Hilton #HiltonHotel #hilton #hiltonhotel #hiltontokyobay #tripmemory2022 #christmas #greatview #coupletrip #luxuryhotel #resorthotel #photogenichotel #greatviewhotel #christmasonly #illumination #hocance
